Opening ceremony

The opening ceremony devoted to the XXVII International Youth Football Tournament In Memory of the First FIFA Vica-President Valintin Granatkin took place at Peterburgsky SCC.

President of Football Union of Russia Nikolay Tolstyh, Chairman of the Committee for physical culture and sports of St. Petersburg, member of the government of St. Petersburg Yury Avdeev, President of the football Federation of St. Petersburg Anatoly Turchak participated in the ceremony. Right of the first symbolic kick was given to the first Soviet footballer, master of sports of international class, and now General Director of the football Federation of St. Petersburg Anatoly Zinchenko. After a colorful presentation of the teams participating in the tournament the next opponents - team Russia and Moldova went out on the pitch for warm-up.
