Comments.
Head coach of Latvian team Blagonadezhdins Olegs:
- The worst thing for me was to set up players for the final match, to find the right words. It was important to score goals, so the have to believe in themselves. I told to my players: "Score one goal, the game will go on." I want to thank our goalkeeper separately. Today, the phrase "Goalkeeper is a half of a team" is just about him.
Head coach of Azerbaijan team Velli Kasumov:
- Of course, I'm not happy with the result. The whole tournament turned quite hard for us. There is a certain justification for our defeats - we come here with experimental structure and list of players. We had an aim - to see and test newcomers. I already have first conclusions. We must look for new players in all lines, including the goalkeeper. We can't go play in Europe with such list of players. We need to change half of the team.
